Pushy only interested in pushing the cars that their told to VERY PUSHY!!!! I went there to LOOK at cars to,buy for my daughter. I told them I wanted to see a certain car they had online. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE ! BYE BYE SEE YA! . To sum it all up timothy stein will cost vann dodge a multi return customer.For vann dodges sake ,I sure hope he is a better mech. then talker. Service department is a joke I called the service department to schedule a appointment for a recall on my 2008 Jeep Commander. They told me that they have the recall part and they I called the service department to schedule a appointment for a recall on my 2008 Jeep Commander. They told me that they have the recall part and they scheduled my appointment for the next available appointment for the following Saturday at 11 am. I brought it in on Saturday around 1030am and after waiting 15 minutes in the service department someone finally came to the counter to help me. I told him I have a 11:00 appointment for a recall. He looked at the recall notice then made a call to the parts department. Then he told me that they didn't have the part in stock and that the recall is a first come first serve type thing. I was so pissed off because I made this appoint over a week ago and drove a hour to get to this dealer. He told me to keep calling everyday tell the part comes in. I left the place with my blood pressure though the roof! I decided to pull over and call Chrysler Corporation to tell them what just happened at the dealership. They told me that the service department was wrong by doing this to me. They said as long as I had a appointment the part should have been saved for me. They took down my complaint and apologized for what Vann Doge had done. They then put me on hold to find me another Jeep dealer in my area that had the part and made me a appointment with them. Tomorrow I bring it in to get the work done at another dealership. I also wanted to add that while at Vann Dodge there was one guy before me with a appointment that simply wanted a key programmed and they told him he at least has a 1 1/2 hour wait. WOW! I will never return to this place again! More
Great experience I purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS-V sedan from them a little over a week ago. Although dropping over 50k on a used car can be stressful, they made everything easy and provided super low rate financing which was easy as well and beat another finance company i had lined up already. Thanks guys I highly recommend your dealership. I love my new car. More
I was sold an over priced car that knowingly needed major repairs. The repairs includes a timing chain that causes a loud ticking noise in the engine when the car is running which after having the car a we repairs. The repairs includes a timing chain that causes a loud ticking noise in the engine when the car is running which after having the car a week I noticed and the dealer shop told me was just from normal wear and tear. Later I found out it was the timing chain and with parts and labor would cost me $2800 to repair. Also the car was sold with almost bare tires which is gonna cost me $1500 to replace. There was also an issue with a sensor that would cost me $400-800 to replace based on how long it takes to get to it. I also notice the transmission slipping and causing the car to violantly jerk when shifting between drive and reverse and also when driving will jerk while moving. To make me feel better about the sale on the day they sold me the car they gave me a 30,000 mile after market warranty that I was told was from the worste warranty company out there, being that almost nothing is covered due to them not replacing parts that have failed from normal wear and tear which just about includes evey repair you'll have. Just about nothing (but defects which will be covered by the manufactuer most of the time) will just break on it's own for no reason. This dealership staff is all a bunch of misleading swindlers looking for their next victim to earn a commision check from. I would never reccommend this dealer nor will I ever return. I'm now stuck with a car that is nothing but a money trap. I am currently talking with a lawyer to see if I can file a claim against them. More
