I have utilized mercedes service exclusively for my needs since purchasing my 2007 R350. recently, i had problems with my sunroof and called my local ann arbor dealership on a Saturday. I was pleased they since purchasing my 2007 R350. recently, i had problems with my sunroof and called my local ann arbor dealership on a Saturday. I was pleased they were open on Saturday's b/c it was emergency as my sunroof would not close and rain was in the forecast. i called the dealership and left 3 messages and after 3 hours, i did not receive a call back. I called Keith Soloman at Vin Devers in Sylvania, OH 10 -15 miles further away and they were able to assist me within the hour. They completed all of my service needs and exceeded all of my expectations. Now, when i have my routine B, C or D service, there is no question where i will call first. I'm grateful for such a great team of professionals and will look forward to working with them in the future. More
I recently purchased a 2008 Mercedes E350. My salesman was excellent. It takes me a little time to make a decision, almost 3 months! But he was very understanding and helped me along the way. When it came time to pick up the car, he did an excellent job of explaining features and functions of the car. The woman in the finance department was very pleasant. She found excellent finance rates for me that I could not even get through my local credit union. I was walked back to service and introduced to there service consultant. He was very friendly and helpful in my first service visit. I also noticed that the owners were around everytime I went in. I spoke with one of them a couple times and he was a great guy. I felt very comfortable shopping with Vin Devers and I am, admittedly, not the easiest person to deal with. More
I purchased a 2000 GMC Safari on 11/20/06. 3 days after driving the van off the lot the check engine light comes on. The people at vin devers did everything they could possibly do to let me know that I bou driving the van off the lot the check engine light comes on. The people at vin devers did everything they could possibly do to let me know that I bought that vehicle "as is" except provide quality customer service. After about spending $1000 to get the vehicle running again, I am totally convinced that vin devers sold me a lemon. PLEASE. Before you sign that deal, make sure you 1. drive the vehicle. 2. have a mechanic check it out from top to bottom because vin devers is only going to wash it and make it look shiny! They don't care about making sure you are satisfied. Once you drive it off the lot you are on your own as far as vin devers is concerned. More

I realize that this review may look somewhat biased based on the terrible ratings given, but I assure you that I have every reason for such a review. I bought a 2000 A6 2.7t and experienced the worst service on the terrible ratings given, but I assure you that I have every reason for such a review. I bought a 2000 A6 2.7t and experienced the worst service and customer satisfaction I have ever seen. My car was out of service for 6 months when they estimated it to be out only 1. They lied to me and my wife, and a body shop personnel screamed at my wife and tried to have her forge my name on a check that was due to them. Any remorse was completely absent and they seem to hold the attitude that they have so much business that one lost customer is no big deal to them. I urge you to please ask around the local area and find out what you can before dealing with this dealership. Their service is absolutely deplorable and uncommon in the luxury car market. More
