Incapacity to service cars in reasonable delay I left my Mercedes to be checked out. After a week and a half they haven't even looked at it. The arrogant employee named Brandon told me that some cl I left my Mercedes to be checked out. After a week and a half they haven't even looked at it. The arrogant employee named Brandon told me that some clients have been waiting for months to have their cars checked. He said there was no need to complain or to ask for a fixed date. He had no clue when my car could be serviced. I went back to pick it up from this lousy and unprofessional so called Mercedes and Audi garage. I have never seen that in my entire life. I called to speak to his boss. The boss said he had too many cars to service and he couldn't do better. More

Wow, just Wow! After MONTHS of looking, we saw online that Vin Devers had a truck that was everything my husband wanted. Before we drove a little over an hour we contacted them to make sure they still had it. They did and told us Ramon would be waiting for us. When we pulled in and saw it was a Audi/Mercedes dealer we thought for sure I knew more about that half ton Dodge Turbo Cummins diesel then Ramon would. Boy were we wrong!!!! Ramon was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and was able to answer every question my husband had. My husband doesn't like pretty much anyone especially car salesmen but he ended up liking Ramon. He treated us like he had known us for years. Even though we paid 62 cents more than we wanted (lol) it was totally worth it! Enough about Ramon, let me tell you about Mikel! We are a dealership finance guys worst nightmare ~ last day of the month, a half hour before they close and we have a stack of forms to sign our life away! Mikel had all of our paperwork ready to go and explained everything we were signing. He was very personable and he too made us feel like he had known us forever! I could go on and on about the amazing treatment we received and the great vehicle we purchased but I will just say again, Wow, just Wow! More
