However, my experience with Vin Devers and Ziad Fakhoury was professional, courteous, and comfortable. My wife and I were just beginning to look for a used car and had checked several local dealerships, both in-person and online. We visited Vin Devers to see one we found online. Ziad greeted us upon our arrival, asked a few questions, and pulled the car into the heated garage for us to examine (it was cold, wet weather). He provided information about the car, let us examine it in detail, and then let us test drive it. We did not immediately make a decision because we had a few other cars we were considering and Ziad was considerate that we needed some time. I later contacted Ziad to examine the car again and he had it running and ready for us when we arrived. We test drove it again and decided to purchase it, which we did the following day. Ziad had the day off, but he came in for the purchase and had the car detailed before we drove it home. The most important thing to me, and the primary reason for my positive experience, Ziad did not make me feel pressured during any part of the process. I will definitely consider Vin Devers and Ziad for future car purchases. More

I placed a call to Chris Stang who was highly rated and the experience thereafter was unforgettable. Chris was great in communicating with me about my vehicle and made me feel important and valued. I drove 2 hours to see the car and meet Chris. He had the car detailed and ready for me upon arrival. He gave me a thorough explanation of the car and its features. I test drove, fell in love with the car and drove it home that day! I appreciated Chris' time and his attention to detail. Everything was more than I had expected. Chris created a great experience and the process was just as he said ,"quick, painless and easy." Above and Beyond So this is my second time buying a car from Vin Devers and From Ziad. If that doesn't say it, let me give you some insight. I'm from out of state and So this is my second time buying a car from Vin Devers and From Ziad. If that doesn't say it, let me give you some insight. I'm from out of state and saw the car listing. Texted Ziad and within just few minutes he called me and told me all the details about the car. He sent me detailed picture and when I asked for more he sent me more details pictures. He also sent my on online package with all the details about the vehicle including the CarFax, service records, etc. I asked about my trade-in and he asked me for a VIN and pictures. He gave me a range that was satisfactory to me. I drove over to the dealership on Saturday, only to find him and Brian waiting. The car was waiting right there shiny and ready to be test-driven. Liked the car and they had the paperwork ready. In under two hours I was driving home with my new ride. I noticed couple tings with the car, so I texted Ziad on Sunday and he was very responsive and offered to send someone to pickup the car and even provide me with a loaner while he takes care of the issue. In short, those guys and all who work in this dealership went above and beyond. I felt at home and don't ever remember having a better car buying experience in the 20+ cars I bought in my life. After having that experience we kept comparing the other salesman to Chris and decided to get serious about the Audi, for it was my favorite car 20 years ago.
