Finally got hold of him on Monday to tell him that he sold the car to someone else. Where I come from when you make a deal with someone you honor that deal. For this reason I would never buy from them!! More

We were treated like royalty! Dina Jarouche did an excellent job taking care of us from the minute we walked into the showroom. We wanted to test drive a Mercedes and after listening to our story Dina suggested we also drive the Audi Q5. Dina did a great job getting us comfortable with the new technology in the Q5 when we test drove it. Dina also came in a few days later on her day off just for us to test drive the Q5 a second time. Dina worked very hard to find us a car and have it ready to drive away in a couple of days. Even when I goofed up the financing Dina and Mike made the quick adjustments to help us drive away in our new Q5! We loved the unveiling of our car in the showroom when we picked it up. It was a very special event for us! More

This is my very first time buying my own car, and Mikel made the financing process so quick, and so informative without feeling even the least bit rushed! He truly knows how to keep a smile on your face! My salesman, Ziad, was nothing short of absolutely amazing. He worked with me so efficiently and so professionally, even though he knows me personally. He explained all of the features and tips/tricks that my vehicle has to offer. He was never pushy, nor did I feel rushed. He answered any and all questions for me and he was truly a blessing during this experience. The detail guys made my car look absolutely beautiful, they did such an amazing job! I couldn’t help but grin from ear to ear when I saw my vehicle all fresh and clean!
