The low review is because of the very disappointing service and outcome of service on prior vehicle that ultimately was replaced. Service department could not determine problem with prior vehicle and never did properly repair the car. We were charged over three thousand dollars for repairs that did not correct the problem making the car dangerous to drive. Left with no other choice the car was replaced. More
