All of that was done for my benefit. It made my service experience quite nice. I'm casually in the market for a sports car and SUV for my Florida home. Although I would probably purchase the vehicle there. The possibility of getting another vehicle at Vin Devers is viable. More
Not the best service when dealing with finance department So I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. Everything went smoothly until the day I signed the papers to finance. I had put an amount d So I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. Everything went smoothly until the day I signed the papers to finance. I had put an amount down to hold the car a few days earlier, then I had some more to add to my final amount down, as well as a trade in. I found a few errors that had to be corrected because they did not double check the paperwork before giving them to me to sign. The money I put down was counted 2 times in front of me by the financial office person, who then proceeded to get a receipt. The reciept showed the correct amount that had been put down. So the cashier who printed the reciept no doubt had to count it as well. At no point did I see the finance manager or office manager check the amount to verify before it was given to the cashier. The next day after I purchased the car I received a call from the finance office asking if I had shorted them money. To which my reply was no. She had counted it twice in front of me and then proceeded to get a receipt. The response was " well it must have gotten mixed up with another customers " WAIT what??? They even asked if I could provide them a reciept from my bank showing my amount that I withdrew for the down payment. How does that happen when it was given to the cashier and a reciept was printed showing the correct amount? So you call to accuse the buyer of shorting you when it was double counted and most likely counted by the cashier making it counted 3 times. Never did I get a call to apologize for the mix up. I feel that if you're in the business to accept cash, checks etc that you dont call the customer accusing them of shorting you especially after the reciept shows the correct amount. On a side note the car was not cleaned out very well on the inside and they ended up leaving me with 1/4 tank of gas. I'm not one to complain but I feel this experience has left me less than enthusiastic about purchasing any other cars from this dealership. The salesman was great in handling his portion of the deal, it was the finance office that had the issues. More

He will find you what you want and work around your preferences and never pressure you towards a car over another. He will constantly take care of your needs and will never sell you a car and forget about you after. It’s been a pleasure knowing him and being one of his many clients. Highly recommended if you would like to feel safe buying a car and still get the support all the way while you own it.
