He even came to our home and programmed the garage door openers for us. From having our CL550 ceramic coated, to arranging some minor repair work on our Sprinter Coach, to our leasing of an E400 two years ago for my business, he has handled everything in a truly most professional and personal manner. I am interested in a white or red GLB with auto drive /auto parking/ heat and ventilated seats and quite a few features. I have been looking for an available one since Jan 2020. After a series of dramas and phone calls and extensive efforts of talking with over 10 salesmen in different Mercedes dealerships, NONE of the Mercedes dealers in Ann arbor, MI, Houston and San Antonio in TX, Boston in MA, and anther dealership in OHIO help me find the car. I felt very frustrated and helpless. I urgently need this SUV to move from MI to TX with my cat. Covid 19 made this search and communication even harder and nobody knows when Mercedes factories in Germany or Mexico will reopen to produce this GLB if I order a new one (one dealer told me to order in June and get it in 2021). All these dealerships didn't care about my personal moving plan and why I need these features. Thank god I got good news from Chris Stang after a while. Instead of all the other dealers who only cared about selling whatever they have in stock to me, Chris cared about what I need and when I need this car. Chris made tons of efforts and phone calls after a thorough investigation of the GLB Stocks in the whole USA and selected the ones with all the features I need. No compromise on any features I need at all! Chris’s professional attitude to work and care of customers impressed me and my friends. It is proved that only Chris can get this only one perfect GLB from the owner of one Mercedes dealership in South Carolina for me because of his diligent work and amazing social skills. I recommended Chris to all my friends on Facebook, WeChat, Instagram even without Chris asked for it because I know Chris will give my friends the dream car they want with the best service. Everyone in Mercedes Vin Dever is considerate, sweet and helpful. They tried to see through the problems in customers’ aspect. I probably will get a second car in 2 years because I like 2-door cars. I will contact Chris for the purchase even though I move to TX. Best service can beat any distance! More

We were very happy with the car and the customer service we received from Chris and the crew at Vin Devers. It was always exceptional. In April 2018 we returned to Vin Devers. We loved my car so much that Steve wanted a MB for himself. Chris worked with Steve and helped him to chose the best MB to basically get him back and forth to Detroit Metro Airport and for fun driving in Toledo when Steve wasn't traveling for work. Steve chose the MB GLA250 and loved it. Again we received exceptional service from Chris, Jason and the crew at Vin Devers. Fortunately for us, we developed a friendship with Chris, enjoyed running into Chris and his wife at local concerts and beverage tasting events around Sylvania. We consider Chris a friend. Recently, I needed to work with Chris on a different level. One that I definitely didn't expect, nor wan; but Chris was there every step of the way. My husband Steve passed away unexpectedly on January 28, 2020. When Chris reached out to me to see if there was anything he could do, I mentioned that I would like a clean car for Steve's funeral procession. Chris took care of that and had the inside of my car detailed. That was such a kind act. The next step was returning Steve's car to Vin Devers. Steve was purchasing his car so I worked with Chris on getting the best deal for his GLA250 and helping me to complete the proper paperwork. Having a husband that did most of the "paperwork" in our marriage, it was difficult for me, at first, to take on this responsibility. I put my trust in Chris and Vin Devers to step me through the process of selling a car back to a dealership. A few weeks ago my 2015 ML400 required service, very expensive service. After talking with Chris and Dylan, it was decided that the best route for me to go was to sell my ML400 back to Vin Devers and begin the process of looking for a new car for myself. When I told my dad about this, he was hesitant about me returning to Vin Devers for another car. He said there are other cars/dealerships that can offer a better deal etc... I respect my dad, however I told him that I TRUST the people at Vin Devers, that they have been taking care of me/us for over 5 years and I didn't want to work with anyone else. I assured him that I wouldn't be taken advantage of and that these guys know me and they knew Steve. I knew in my heart that I ONLY wanted to work with Vin Devers and of course, Chris Stang!! Today, I am a proud owner of a GLC300. I love my new car! It is the perfect size for me. I love the fun "bells and whistles" (still learning!) too!! Steve would have picked this next car for me because it is safe!! I know that he is looking down on me and happy to know that I was taken care of!!! Thank you to Jason Perry for helping to "seal the deal". You are a true leader and I love how welcoming you are!! John, thank you for helping to set up my Mercedes app. You were very helpful in providing step by step instructions on how to work the app. I know that if I have a question I can stop in to see you.
