The dealer & staff are wonderful the replacement part from Subaru is junk & broke again. The seat when is in position towards rear on the automatic position hits the rear seat belt on the floor behind d from Subaru is junk & broke again. The seat when is in position towards rear on the automatic position hits the rear seat belt on the floor behind driver seat & either falls off or breaks & hangs loose flops around hunk of junk plastic afraid the cords & wires will get ruined. Please help resolve this problem it's not the dealer or staff problem it's a Subaru design problem. I'm only 5'1" & need seat close to steering wheel to reach the pedals so need have seat back to exit the vehicle. I have many out of town appt's soon what happens if my seat fails to move front or back?????? More
I would give 5 stars but too many employees did not have Masks. Annette at the desk and person greeting us did. A man at the big desk did not. Many employees walking through did not. Very personal service I am new to The Villages, so I was unaware of Bill Bryan Subaru service center‘s excellent reputation. Several weeks ago, I was at an early morning m I am new to The Villages, so I was unaware of Bill Bryan Subaru service center‘s excellent reputation. Several weeks ago, I was at an early morning medical appointment in Orlando and came out to my car to find my 5 year old battery dead as a door nail. I was able to get a “jump,” but I was very shaky about heading home and perhaps not being able to start my car later in the day. From Orlando, I randomly looked up Subaru dealers near TV. I called Bill Bryan Subaru service at about 8:30 in the morning...probably every service departments busiest time...and a very nice scheduler realized my panic and said “bring it on in”. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by Alejandro Rosar. Not only did he have a new battery installed, he also had an oil change, much needed, added on to the service. The technician also performed a wonderful multi-point inspection. Alejandro went over that report with me and, I have to say, his attention and the new battery, the oil change, and the inspection gave me a very satisfied and secure feeling about my car. AND on top of all that, the service department gave my car the BEST wash my car has ever had! I highly recommend Bill Bryan Subaru Service Center and Alejandro and I will return. More
Gut feeling! On April 24, 2018 I had a service and recall appointments. I had expected to have a wait time of 3 hours. In my mine I thought this would give me the opportunity to look at the new models and technology. Since I planned in a year or so to upgrade. I was so impressed and happy with what I saw, I was satisfied knowing when I was ready to upgrade I would find what I wanted in the Subaru family but not today. Then someone said can I help you, I ‘m Jamie Reed. I didn’t want to waste his time and said no I’m just looking not buying at this time. Jamie offered to run the numbers to show me what I would be looking at. Jamie took the time to answered all my questions and relieve my concerns. Less just say before I knew it I was “Ringing the Bell” which represents a sell was made. I would like to thank Jamie, Ronnie, John, Randy and all the Subaru Family that helped to make this possible. I am very happy with my 2018 Subaru Forester. More
