Experience was absolutely wonderful from the moment I’d parked in the service area. A member of your staff greeted me in a pleasant way and asked me the reason of my visit. After a few words exchanged I wa parked in the service area. A member of your staff greeted me in a pleasant way and asked me the reason of my visit. After a few words exchanged I was told to wait on the waiting area until the service was provided. I was called to be acknowledged the my car was as ready. Tamara, Tamera was very pleasant and easy to work with. I have no problem with her whatsoever. I do have a problem with Villages Subaru charging almost $150.00 to tell me an interior light was left with. I have no problem with her whatsoever. I do have a problem with Villages Subaru charging almost $150.00 to tell me an interior light was left on. Then, to add insult to the injury, I was charged an additional 3% fee for using my credit card. Going forward, I will be finding an alternate service center. More
