They were professional, answered all questions, and reassured me that they were taking precautions to help customers remain safe. After we spoke about the vehicle over the phone I went to the dealership to inspect and test drive the vehicle (at the time they had me drive alone because of the pandemic but I actually enjoyed that experience as I was able to give full attention to the ride). Nice long stretch of road to test drive. The dealership was understaffed due to the pandemic but still all associates I dealt with remained professional and engaging. I dealt primarily with Tim Rivera, whom was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle (and it wasn't even a Subaru!) and gave me the confidence to make my purchase. In the finance office I dealt with Steven Perks. The entire process was quick, well-explained, and enjoyable. I've never laughed so much while dealing with financial paperwork..
