My first experience with service at Subaru was very good with the except of a young girl that completed the intake early that morning. She was young and I took that in to consideration, but I found her unp with the except of a young girl that completed the intake early that morning. The dealership provided a rental car as the window replacement took all day. She droned a dialogue which was intended to inform me what to do while the car was in my possession, but was delivered as a chastisement. Comments such as , "Don't wreck it" were annoying. Just teach the girl some customer service please. On return of the rental vehicle and picking my car up, the folks that greeted me around 5 pm were professional, pleasant and accommodating. More
