We went there and it's as if they knew exactly what we wanted and they had our car in stock. The young man (Bryan Adams ) that helped us was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He had a low key demeanor and made us feel very comfortable. He definitely was not the typical, high pressure "car salesman". He had an excellent knowledge of the car, showed us all the "bells and whistles" and carefully explained all the different functions to us. They also gave us a reasonable price for our trade in and explained to us how they arrived at their price which made a lot of sense and seemed very fair. Alex Kennard, the finanace manager was also very helpful and worked with us to get all the paperwork signed. They also had a low financing rate for the car - better then our credit union. Mr. Kennard carefully explained all the paperwork and what we were signing. This was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. We absolutely love our car and think it is just beautiful. It has so many "bells and whistles" it practically drives itself. We couldn't be happier. More

I contacted the dealership after being referred to them by a friend who had just talked to them the day before (she's purchasing a new Outback from them). Tracy said "Carol I know you're looking at Outbacks too, call Bill Bryan, they're very accommodating, no pressure and they have a really nice staff that actually do what they say they're gonna do!" She was correct on all points - This dealership actually made me change how I feel about buying a car. I've bought many cars prior and I was dreading going to a dealership, as I'm sure most people can relate. You know it's gonna be a lengthy, painful process, listening to a "salesman" give you a pitch! Not here... From the moment I walked into their showroom, there was no pressure, no pitch, just straight up knowledge of their product. He was very personable and had great understanding and knowledge of the vehicle. He worked with me to help get the deal I was looking for and was very attentive and accommodating to me during my visit. Patient and Understanding I personally have bad credit and I know it is very difficult for me to qualify for a very good car.
