Great Experience! Bill Bryan Subaru had a used Toyota Land Cruiser we were interested in. My wife and I were greeted by Joe McCraken, who showed us the SUV. He told us some history about vehicle from carfax then gave us the freedom to look it over and test drive. Joe also made sure we knew about the third row seats that were not with vehicle at time we looked at it. (that was one of the items on our list we need to purchase a Truck.) We were able to work out out a fair deal and drive away in the vehicle we have been looking for. Everyone was professional. On a return visit, he took time to show us some of the Forester's features that we were uncertain on how to operate, encouraging us to return any time we felt the need. I wouldn't rate the gentleman who took care of the financial part of our purchase with as high a rating. He told us that since we were choosing to sell our current vehicle outride and use it as a trade-in, we would have to purchase a new plate and tag. After quite a bit of time and travel to the tag office, we were finally able to straighten the whole mess out by going to the Bill Bryan Kia office. We are currently awaiting the refund of the $225 that was charged for the plate & tag. An unnecessary nuisance More
