My opinion of Bill Bryan Subaru has gone up a thousand percent from it's already Five Star level. Several days after picking up the vehicle I noticed a scrape on the right rear side of the new vehicle. I percent from it's already Five Star level. Several days after picking up the vehicle I noticed a scrape on the right rear side of the new vehicle. I took it back to Bill Bryan Subaru because I needed to finalize paperwork and I wanted them to see the scrape and get their thoughts. It was absolutely clear to me that the scratch was not there when I picked up the car because they and I would have noticed it. My best guess is that this scrape occurred while I was in a restaurant getting a carry-out order and that's the irresponsible person who caused it didn't care to be an adult and when they heard the noise of the scrape continued to drive away. Luckily for me Bill Bryan Subaru has a quality body shop that's going to be able to repair scratch for what is in my opinion a reasonable price. If all dealerships followed Bill Bryan Subaru model the world would be a much better place to live in! Dan Sutton More

We are constantly bothered to trade in our vehicle. I am not 65 and can’t afford to trade in my vehicle every year and stay in credit card debt the rest of my life. Everyone is nice but if I am constantly a not 65 and can’t afford to trade in my vehicle every year and stay in credit card debt the rest of my life. Everyone is nice but if I am constantly asked to do extra services to my vehicle or to trade it in every routine oil change I receive, the experience gets more of a burden than it is being a good preventative service. I still don't understand why you needed to replace some dehumidifier part even though my insurance picked up the tab. Not good communication with the customer. More
