Lindsey was a professional and knowledgeable sales person with no pressure while I was test driving and inquiring re the car. However later I encountered a problem when a person test driving my trade in called to inquire ablout the car I traded. He found my name apparently in the glove compartment of the car and called me. My conversation with the evening manager on duty that night did not go well, I had met him the day of the sale. Also a slight misnderstanding with the receptionist a week after the purchase when I called to inquire re the "ceramic" appointment. As part of the team I think some improvement could be made to help the purchaser. I have nothing but good things to say ablout Lindsey Browning. More
