This is the second opportunity I've had to work with Emily as our service advisor. I will always request her. She is friendly, efficient, professional, and truly seems to enjoy being in customer servi Emily as our service advisor. I will always request her. She notified us when an engine air filter also needed to be replaced. After I drove home with the loaner car, I opened my emails to find a message from your dealership offering coupons. When I arrived at your dealership the following day, I showed an applicable coupon to Emily. No problem--she took care of it being honored. It saved us $40. Mt husband and I also felt that the total cost for service was reasonable. We previously had another of our two Subarus serviced at Bill Bryan. We were pleased with everyone we came in contact with (especially Emily) and now with our Outback service a few days ago, we are customers for life. What a wonderful change from the previous dealership that we went to in Florida. More
Service Department never fixes issues...Everytime I have to bring it back. They do not listen on try..Just throw parts at it. I really wish we had a quality Subaru service center in the Leesburg / Ocala are to bring it back. They do not listen on try..Just throw parts at it. He was so helpful that I can honestly say he was the reason we purchased on the spot. We honestly dreaded the hassle of purchasing a car. We handled our financing with Lindsey Browning. She was very helpful and though there were a few things I had forgotten to bring, she made me feel like it was no big deal. She suggested a program that will save us money on repairs and service and in the end we came out better on the car we were purchasing than we thought. We were very happy and she was delightful! I don't think that anyone likes the hassle of going to the car dealership to buy a car. I know that I haven't in the past. However, I have now changed my mind.. From the moment that I met Will Mahair, sal the car dealership to buy a car. I know that I haven't in the past. However, I have now changed my mind.. From the moment that I met Will Mahair, sales consultant, at the dealership, I was made to feel at ease. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He listened to what I wanted and the guidelines that I set out in order to purchase a vehicle. He spoke to his manager, Jeremy, advising him of my concerns. After a relatively brief time, Jeremy joined us at Will's desk to extend his offer which I accepted. Will stayed with me throughout the entire process and responded to the lot where we inspected the vehicle again as well as him showing me how to set up my phone with the vehicle and other information that I would need. I must say that if you want a good sales consultant at the dealership go to William Mahair. I am not saying that the other sales coordinators aren't good, I can only speak from my personal experience with Will. The longest part of the process was completing the tons of paperwork that must be completed and signed. I have to say that Lindsey, in the finance Dept.,. took me through the process as quickly as possible for which I was grateful. I also want to give a shout-out to all the people in the sales department who I came in contact with. They are were very friendly. More
