Service writer pleasant. I mentioned that wager fluid icon on and was assured they top off fluids. Icon still on after service, so they had not done this. This was corrected by service writer. Ordered a car, was told 5-8 weeks, it took 5 months. It took 3 hours for the actual purchase of the car. This time did not include test drives, negotiations or selection of Forester model, color or accessories.
