They were friendly until they had the deal closed. The first time I stepped into the dealer afterward for service it was a whole different treatment than before I bought the car. Its had a few intermittent problems and the service mgr Tom has been rude, dismissive and has done nothing whatsoever to help me in any way. When the car went in for its first oil change it was a huge ordeal because "we only have one tech and hes at school" in the words of Tom. I had to get a loaner and Tom let me know how disgusted he was that I was getting the loaner. Still wondering why he was so rude. When I picked up my car the oil was way over-filled and there was an abundance of oil all over the engine . The dealership is very poor in terms of customer service. They have lost my future business and that of anyone whom I can influence. More

This has been my best experience purchasing a used car. I was contacted by Kimberly shortly after inquiring about the vehicle. The best part was that my price was lower than they originally stated(can't argue with that). More
