Having owned a Subaru, I was familiar with this Dealership on the Service side, but not on Sales. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with Tim & Larry on the Purchase of our 2013 Outback. On 9/6/12; it was time to have the oil changed in my 2010 Subaru Outback which I purchased 30 months ago. Instead of sitting in the lounge until the service was completed, I decided to walk around the car l Subaru Outback which I purchased 30 months ago. While walking around, a gentlemen caught up with me and introduced himself. Is name was Frank Dolney. He appeared to be a regular guy and my first impression was that this was an indivdual who was also getting service on his vehicle. After a few moments I learned he was a sales representive. This was at 9:30 in the morning. I still couldn't believe he was a salesman. As we talked about current events I began to be interested in talking about the Subaru Legacy. He provided me with details about the Legacy and how impressed and knowledgeable he was about this vehicle. The more we talked, the more I became interested in thinking about trading my 2006 Buick Lucerne CXL for a new Subaru Legacy Limited. Four days later I was in my new Legacy Limited. My objective was to have my car serviced and ended up with a new car because of Frank Dolney. Frank, is an individual that has such a personality that attracts your attention but is sensitive and understanding to your needs. He helps you decide to buy a product rather than sell a product. Shopped around for a used car and stopped by Bill Bryan in Leesburg just to look at a Beetle parked out by the road. I like VW cars and the new Beetle in particular. I have bought three cars on my own in t in Leesburg just to look at a Beetle parked out by the road. I like VW cars and the new Beetle in particular. I have bought three cars on my own in the past and sort of know what I'm doing. I had a fair idea of what a Beetle should sell for from Kelly Blue Book. The salesman took his time with me, showing me all the features of the car and letting me test drive it. While we were out on the test drive, the dealership was putting a proposal together for me. Things went very smooth and timely. I got more than I was expecting for my trade and paid less than KBB valued the Beetle at. What a pleasant experience. From my salesman, Joe, to Ozzie the manager and Tim the finance guy, I was treated politely and never pressured. Since buying the Beetle, I have been in to take advantage of the maintenance program included in the sale and the service department took great care of me. I checked out Bill Bryan's reputation and was not suprised that he is regarded well in the local business community. I usually am wary when I shop for a car but I would recommend Bill Bryan Subaru as a great, comfortable experience. Oh, and I am loving the Beetle! More
I would like to add a few more observation concerning Frank. He was not pushy or overbearing,instead he was personal and exuded a feeling of TRUST. From the time I pulled into Bill Bryan parking lot, I felt the respect from Bernard waiting to greet me! I was amazed at the genuine courtesy and the patience these men had with me. I'm a woman and don't know much about cars or buying one. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions and gave me a price with my trade in. I told them, I would bring back my husband who would demand a good deal. Honestly, I thought it would take my husband to get the best deal. Amazingly, these gentlemen had given me a great deal and I am so happy to say, I drove out with my new subaru! My husband buys a lot of vehicles, we both were extremely impressed with the professionalism and honesty in this dealership. Never had better service!!! More
They were friendly until they had the deal closed. The first time I stepped into the dealer afterward for service it was a whole different treatment than before I bought the car. Its had a few intermittent problems and the service mgr Tom has been rude, dismissive and has done nothing whatsoever to help me in any way. When the car went in for its first oil change it was a huge ordeal because "we only have one tech and hes at school" in the words of Tom. I had to get a loaner and Tom let me know how disgusted he was that I was getting the loaner. Still wondering why he was so rude. When I picked up my car the oil was way over-filled and there was an abundance of oil all over the engine . The dealership is very poor in terms of customer service. They have lost my future business and that of anyone whom I can influence. More
