Jason did an excellent job working with us on the selection and acquisition of a 2014 Outback. He identified a vehicle at another location that seemed to have the equipment we requested and had it b selection and acquisition of a 2014 Outback. He identified a vehicle at another location that seemed to have the equipment we requested and had it brought in. We had signed the paperwork and left for the day before the vehicle arrived. Jason called us that evening to say the car was not what we had asked for and had located another one that had the right options. When we inspected the car the next day, it was indeed what we wanted. The original paperwork was voided and we completed the new forms. This highlights several things important to us as buyers. 1) Jason initiated the call to tell us there was a problem - we didn't have to discover it when we picked up the car. 2) Jason promptly found another car that was properly equipped and got it delivered the next day. 3) Even though we had signed the paperwork on the first car, there was no issue, delay or reluctance voiding it and starting over, even though that meant the required personnel had to stay late that night to close the deal. We are very pleased with the customer focus we saw from all the people we met at the dealership. It isn't the fact that the transaction was problem free. It was the fact that the dealership had to work harder to ensure we had the car we wanted in a timely manner This is our first Subaru, but probably won't be our last. More

When we went to Bill Bryan Subaru and met with Joe McCracken he was courteous and very professional. We were not rushed into any decisions on purchasing a vehicle. He showed us what he had available in the class of car that we were interested in. We then took several days to decide on which dealership we were buying from. Joe did all of the paper work for us and even called our insurance agent to get the new car insured. I highly recommend Bill Bryan Subaru and specifically Joe McCracken for you next car purchase. I live in Houston TX. I have been shopping for a very specific car for over a year. These cars are very hard to find and even harder to find in good condition. The car was listed by Bill Bryan Subaru. It was a 2006 Lotus Exige. Buying a car like this without seeing it in person can be a daunting task. You can imagine the anxiety... But these guys used phone, email and text and picture messages to stay in touch with me whenever I needed it. I regularly received communication from these guys even after 9pm. The GM of Bill Bryan followed up with an email asking me about my experience... He asked me 3 questions. This is what I replied with... "To answer your questions... 1) So far your team of Robert and Antonio have been excellent. I'm buying one of your vehicles from out of state. Which can be a nerve racking endeavor. However, communication has been excellent and my expectations have been met so far. 2) You've earned my business. Working with a dealer out of state and buying a car you've never seen in person, can be a risky proposition. Robert and Antonio have made me comfortable with excellent photos and information. I've received all documentation in a timely manner and they've been very patient with me. 3) We are at the point now, that I am just waiting for delivery to be set up. (Which Robert tells me should be this weekend or Monday) Hopefully we'll finish up strong and the car will be delivered soon and meet my expectations once it arrives! Joe - Thank you for following up. It's appreciated!" The car has since been delivered. I've had it for 2 months. I brought it to the local Lotus dealership and they said the car was perfect. It didn't need anything. They didn't even need to add any fluids anywhere. Friendly, communicative, helpful staff... that got me my dream car exactly as described. Can't ask for any more than that!
