Patient and Understanding I personally have bad credit and I know it is very difficult for me to qualify for a very good car. Yet they still made every effort to make me feel c I personally have bad credit and I know it is very difficult for me to qualify for a very good car. Yet they still made every effort to make me feel comfortable and valued. I tried two previous times on getting a brand new car but alas was not able to. So finally I was able to get one on my third try and they helped in every way they could. I have owned this car for a year now and am just getting to write a review because I wanted to give an honest opinion of the car, service, and dealership. The Subaru Legacy is the finest car I have ever owned. It is a top notch luxury sedan with all the bells and whistles I need to feel like a million bucks every time I sit behind the wheel. On top of that I feel safe and secure behind the wheel. The safety features, especially the "blindspot feature" assist me while driving with visibility of other cars while on the road. I have glaucoma. Before purchasing this car I was more nervous driving in heavy traffic, but now am more confident knowing I can visualize the road and cars around me and drive safely. In addition to my satisfaction with my purchase of the Legacy, I am very satisfied with the honesty and integrity of the employees who assisted me in the purchase of my new car. I recommend you ask for and see Joseph "JoeMac" McCracken at Bill Bryan Subaru. He is a no pressure salesman. He showed me a car that met my needs at a price that met my budget. I will go back and buy from Joe again. I trust him as a person. More

They think of your comforts in every way, from drinks, snacks, fresh cookies, coffee, etc, to a wonderful area to relax. Rude management and sales team- this place is a joke! The manager was extremely rude and can be classified as the stereotypical grimy/dirty cars salesman. We were scammed in to going to look at a car ther The manager was extremely rude and can be classified as the stereotypical grimy/dirty cars salesman. We were scammed in to going to look at a car there based on information sent to us, they copied the logo and title of a promo for chase employees and tried to sell it as their own (not a 2% discount but $200 off their marked up prices). The Internet division is a joke, she sent several emails but when we replied we were coming in, we show up 2.5 hours later (we had a very long drive) she hadn't replied and was busy playing on her personal phone at her desk. So glad we took the time to drive so far for little customer appreciation and service. The car we looked at was listed online at a little above average, stopped in and the sticker price was $2,500 more then was listed on their website. After trying to negotiate they still were trying to justify selling $3,000 over the msrp (this was the best they could do). The manager actually raised his voice with us and handled everything so unprofessional. When we test drove the car they made a cars salesman ride along with us (which I can agree with to a certain extent). But, the problem was it was a brand new salesman trying to teach us about Subaru, when in fact we are Subaru fans and owners already. So we taught him a thing or two... With this being said, this cars selesman was the nicest person we dealt with, and I do not blame him for any of our mishaps. The facility was dirty and I felt like I was sitting at a low class used cars sales lot- not purchasing a $30,000 plus dollar car. I would say run far from this place, they take advantage of elderly people who live in the villages and want to screw anyone else they can't get. We actually left there and called a different dealership and went with them, got the deal we wanted, the friendly service, and their great service guarantees. The deal we worked out with the other dealership actually started with this dealerships "best no lower" offer. Like I've said, this place is a joke and should not be a logo for Subaru or their services. More
