Looked around long and hard to not only find a good price on a new WRX but also get a good deal on my trade in and i found it here. The internet salesman Patrick was awesome in trying to find me exactly what i did and didnt want on my car and for the price i wanted. Very personable guy and was honest and straightforward about the pricing. Even more so, he helped me on his own personal time as i encountered a couple of difficulties along the way but he easily helped me find solutions. Robert as well was a great help in handling all the paper work and helping negotiating on what i should get for my trade-in which played a huge part of what i was able to end up in the end. 5/5 overall. These guys were great and were very quick about their work, would recommend to anyone! More
I called this dealership when we were looking for a Forrester and talked with Patrick. After talking with him on the phone I knew we wanted to deal with him. Patrick was busy with another customer and ready to leave for the day so he introduced us to Alex. We decided on the car we wanted and requested some additional features be installed so we completed the sale and they delivered the car to us a few days later. We received great service from both Patrick and Alex and Patrick has called us several times to make sure everything was o.k. We would definitely go back when we purchase another vehicle. More

Traveled 2 and a half hours to this dealership, They didn't have the model that I was looking to purchase. Dustin was the sales rep. that help me. He knew where I was coming from, with the long drive up didn't have the model that I was looking to purchase. Dustin was the sales rep. that help me. He knew where I was coming from, with the long drive up there. Even though they didn't have the model in stock. He worked with me in finding one and offered me a great price. I had told him even though the price is great there was no way I was able to come and pick up the car after today. He went and talked with his sales manager and they offered to drive the car to me. So I went and purchased the car. They took cared of everything and delivered my car to my home about 3 day later. I would like to personally thank Dustin for all his help More
This will be my 10th car in my lifetime.. My first Subaru! My very first contact with Bill Bryan dealerships was on the phone last Tuesday with Lori from the Bill Bryan Kia dealership in regards to a Subaru! My very first contact with Bill Bryan dealerships was on the phone last Tuesday with Lori from the Bill Bryan Kia dealership in regards to a slightly used Subaru Impreza H/B that I had seen online. Lori was very welcoming on the phone and made me feel instantly like I was a friend. I told her I was unsure about if it was the right car for me and had another brand in mind. Lori assured me that if the car didn't suit my needs, expectations or liking, they had several other brands very close by and she would be happy to show me around. I drove up from Orlando a day earlier than schedule with a storm front that had already set in, so the sales staff at the Kia dealership drove me over to the Subaru dealership just a stones throw away. Super nice! There I met the man " MAC-CRACKEN... Joe..... Joe McCracken " ) Not just a great salesman but an Awesome guy!!! I didnt feel pressured. Joe was very patient with me.. ALL MY QUESTIONS.. I knew nothing about Subaru and now I am an expert! Thats why I own one now : ) Thanks Joe! Made me feel like he was treating me as if I was sister and only wanted the best for me. Joe took me out on 3 test drives 2 models of the Impreza Hatchback Sport, Limited and the New Crosstrek. A massive storm blew up, the Subaru's all handle great with their AWD precision and independent breaking! I love the CVT.. I might have scared him a bit.. a blonde paddle shifting through the gears?.. Sporty as all get out! Loved it.. had to have it! Great demo then ... I went home ..I slept on it.... The next morning I spoke with Antonio & Ozzie both from finance, they were very helpful and informative about my finance options which made my purchase decision even easier to make. I showed up at the dealership and Joe MAC took me on not one more, but 2 more test drives .. he is a trooper! The best part about this whole experience is that a dealership exceeded my expectations..!! Not only did I get the color, options I wanted, better yet I got the sickest custom leather seats, which sets my Impreza apart from the rest.. My jaw dropped and I was like " Stick a fork in me, I am done..Sign me up! I have got to drive this off the lot tonight.. I want this to be my ride for at least the next 10 years!!!" In case you didnt know it for future Subaru owners, Bill Bryan has leather added to some models which makes yours not just the norm. I love mine because its different than the rest...! We drove from Boca Raton 196 mile away with the intention of buying a 2013 Subaru Impreza that was listed for 21800. Prior to out road trip I confirmed they were negotiable on the price of the vehicle. They of buying a 2013 Subaru Impreza that was listed for 21800. Prior to out road trip I confirmed they were negotiable on the price of the vehicle. They clearly stated to me they were. I arrange for a bay sitter for the two kids, take the day off of work plus drive 196 miles to the dealer location. We arrive at the dealership in the pouring rain and no customers are there. A sales person greets us (with out mentioning his name) I advised that I spoke with their internet sales person and we are their to look at the above mentioned vehicle. We test drive the car and we are there to buy it. The sales manager takes out trade our for a ride and then returns with out including the trade in the negotiation (we wanted to trade the vehicle and were clear about this) furthermore he offers us an insulting amount on the trade. (over the weekend prior to this negotiation we were offered a much higher amount on the trade from another dealer.) they put an offer in front of us that was almost the sticker price of a new vehicle in the same package. after going a couple of rounds we are about 3000.00 dollars part and then the sales manager tries to put us in a vehicle that we are no remotely interested. There is a lot more to this story, but at the end of the day this dealer made a poor decision on taking this car in on trade and they were no negotiable on the trade as they stated. They wasted a lot of my time and money in travel to conduct business with them. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy, my wife and I were very disappointed in their actions. More
