This dealership is run by management who cares and will work hard for a deal, service staff that take their time and love the cars they work on, and a sales staff that have a ton of Subaru exclusive experience. After my really bad experience at Sport Subaru (read my review there for full story), I contacted Antonio and he got back to me quicker than any other dealership I have ever worked with. Then, we agreed on a price and car, he even gave me the VIN. Then, I went in on a Sunday, and it was flawless. From time to greeting, to test drive, to finance, to being flexible with us, to questions. Then my salesman Robert, was very knowledgeable and passionate about Subaru, really walked us through my new BRZ and treated my wife with respect with any questions she had. He made buying a car fun (never thought I would say that)! I will never go anywhere else for service or purchases. These folks understand what buying a car is about, the customer. we originally went just to do a little recon on the Subaru Outback and talk some figures just in case we were interested. after a short visit and test drive, with no pressure from Robert or any of the Subaru Outback and talk some figures just in case we were interested. after a short visit and test drive, with no pressure from Robert or any of the staff, we left for home and discussed what we had seen/experienced as well as what we liked along with any possible dislikes (which we had none). after about a 2 hour talk and review of our options we called Robert back and told him we were interested. they figured up the trade value, which was more than reasonable, as was the price of the vehicle (again a great value from the sticker price). From our arrival to out the door we were there less than 2.5 hours with Robert being very professional as well as attentive to our questions and requests as well as going over all the autos functions with my wife (something I couldn't have done so kudos to you for that). My wife loves the Car which says a lot since she stepped out of a Ford Edge Limited. I would have no problem recommending the Bill Bryan dealership and Robert to anyone and as a matter foo fact plan on doing so at every opportunity. More

They gave me a very fair trade-in allowance and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I purchased. The follow up from everyone after the sale has been most considerate, as well.
