I voted NO because of these two items below. I recently went to Village Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation. At the end of service I was presented with a list of what work needed to be d I recently went to Village Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation. At the end of service I was presented with a list of what work needed to be done. Two issues stood out with me. First, they listed a tail light out, the charge for the replacement was listed as $93.18. I purchased two lamps at a local auto parts store for $9.53. I have never changed a tail light on this vehicle before but it took me 20 minutes and two bolts to complete the job. Second, they listed 4 new tires at $1,100.00 plus $65.76 in sales tax. I did some research and found those same tires with tax delivered to my home to be $748.28. Granted I have to find someone to install them and perform a 4 wheel alignment, which the deanship listed as $130.00. I will also have to dispose of the old tires in the landfill which there will be an additional charge. Overall I will save $417.48 less disposal fees. I have no issue paying a bit more for these services and products at the dealership, however these two items are more than a little bit over the top. More

My Lexus Rx350 was towed to your service department from a Lexus dealership for repairs. I was not happy with the $7500 estimate Lexus gave to fix my car. Cheyenne and her crew worked diligently to find the a Lexus dealership for repairs. I was not happy with the $7500 estimate Lexus gave to fix my car. Cheyenne and her crew worked diligently to find the source of the problem and it cost me around $250. She said if it acted up, bring it back immediately but so far, it runs just like a car should. I cannot thank you all enough for the honest, quality service I was given. More

We cannot speak highly enough about this excellent dealership full of caring people. We had a problem on the road with our 11-year-old Prius.
