6 month manufacturer service. There would have been a 6 star review if someone would have been at the service valet desk to greet me when I arrived on time. Then the service advisor, David Becwar, walked outside and walked me inside to his service desk and gave my key to the service valet who apologized for not being there. The rest from there on was perfect, timely and I was on my way home. More

I have to say, Tiffany Buehrig is my new go to girl in the service dept! I was bummed that I had to take part of my vacation for 2 days to get work on my 10 year Avalon, but I feel like I'm in a new car again. All of the recommended procedures she thoroughly explained were performed, along with 2 coupons I was able to apply that helped the overall price. Tacoma Service Experience We recently had an issue with problem starting with our leased 2013 Tacoma, and stopped in to the service department to ask Dave Becwar to have it che We recently had an issue with problem starting with our leased 2013 Tacoma, and stopped in to the service department to ask Dave Becwar to have it checked out. Dave is an outstanding service representative. We always get not only great service, but Dave is a pleasure to talk with and he always treats even the smallest request with care and attention to detail. While our truck was being serviced Dave introduced us to Sam Strom, so we could ask some questions about when to turn our truck, and what lease options were currently available. End result - 2013 Tacoma service found a battery problem and vehicle was fully operable in short order. Plus, we ended up turning in the 2013 and leasing a new 2016 Tacoma. This is tribute to the enthusiasm and customer care that we received from Dave Becwar and Sam Strom. We know that we can depend on Dave Becwar to take good care of us as we bring our 2016 Tacoma in for future service. More

I talked with Debbie Henry and she referred me to Sam St My 2006 Hylander Hybrid had 129,000 miles and 10 years old and service was getting expensive. I talked with Debbie Henry and she referred me to Sam Strom and we discussed another car. After much discussion my wife and I decided to lease a Corolla. He was very helpful and we were there after normal hours with Sam so we could take the car home. He offered to go over the car even though it was getting late. We declined and returned on Monday to go over the features of the car. I would recommend both Debbie Henry and Sam Strom to anyone visiting Village Toyota. I have been a long time customer. I bought a 98 Camry (new), a 2004 Hylander (new) and a 2001 Honda S2000 (used) from Village and will buy again if needed. More
