Our new 2012 Highlander is the second Toyota purchased fron Village Toyota. We worked with Dan Dwiggins when we purchased our 2006 Toyota Solara. We were new to Florida and have only lived here 3 yrs. now. We wanted to maintain our 2008 Highlander maintained as we had in NY. So we took the 2008 to a dealership in Port Richey the first yr. They showed us good service, but driving south on '19' is too busy for our liking. So we looked on the internet for another dealership and found Cadallic/Toyota dealership north on '19', and their dealership is pleasantly more accessible and outstanding. I explained I had recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry in Dec. 2010, and thought I owed too much on it. But after some sound reasoning from her, I agreed to look at the RAV4 for 2011. I was impressed with the vehicle upon entering and sitting into it. We then started to have a little banter back and forth, and with Rons help, walked out of the showroom that day with a new RAV4. I only have 250 miles on it so far, but I am really quite satisfied with the vehicle, your dealership and especially Kyla, really made my day. After dropping off a rental, and waiting for my husband to pick me up, I spent some time looking at the new cars for sale and we ended up buying one the next day! Luci was very kind to us, and as I didn't to pick me up, I spent some time looking at the new cars for sale and we ended up buying one the next day! Luci was very kind to us, and as I didn't know much about the hybrid system on the Prius, Luci was able to answer my questions, and if she didn't know the answer she found someone who did. I especially loved hearing from the dealership owners that their dogs stood "guard" over me, while I was haggling over the price of the new car. Next time I go back, I'll have to bring some doggie biscuts to show my appreciation! More
Came in for a service on my 2010 Hylander . While it was being serviced I chatted with Dan about a new Hylander that had an automatic lift gate in the rear . This is the 5th vehicle my wife and I have purchased from this dealer over the past five years and each buying experience has been exceptional. Management, sales and service personnel have all contributed to our positive experiences. Dan Dwiggins, our salesman for our most recent purchase, was outstanding. He is highly professional, personable, and always negotiates in an open, non-confronatational, positive manner. He is the most knowledgeable salesperson we've had the pleasure of working with. His ability and willingness to explain ALL of the features of our vehicle (Sienna Limited) and compare other Sienna models with the LTD, went a long way in helping us make our decision to purchase. Brett (Dan's manager) is a willing negotiator and has always treated us fairly and with respect. I believe each of our purchases have been concluded at a price that was mutually acceptable to us and the dealer. Although this was a NEW car purchase, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the quality Service provided on our past vehicles. I've been driving since 1964 and have lived in five different states. The service department at Village Toyota is the best I've ever experienced, and David Becwar is the most professional, and knowledgeable service manager I've had the pleasure of working with. David (and Village) understand the concept of "Customer Service" and practice it; We appreciate that, and it's why we'll keep coming back to Village Toyota for service and out future car buying needs.
