I was impressed with the vehicle upon entering and sitting into it. We then started to have a little banter back and forth, and with Rons help, walked out of the showroom that day with a new RAV4. I only have 250 miles on it so far, but I am really quite satisfied with the vehicle, your dealership and especially Kyla, really made my day. After dropping off a rental, and waiting for my husband to pick me up, I spent some time looking at the new cars for sale and we ended up buying one the next day! He is highly professional, personable, and always negotiates in an open, non-confronatational, positive manner. He is the most knowledgeable salesperson we've had the pleasure of working with. His ability and willingness to explain ALL of the features of our vehicle (Sienna Limited) and compare other Sienna models with the LTD, went a long way in helping us make our decision to purchase. Brett (Dan's manager) is a willing negotiator and has always treated us fairly and with respect. I believe each of our purchases have been concluded at a price that was mutually acceptable to us and the dealer.
