I explained I had recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry in Dec. 2010, and thought I owed too much on it. But after some sound reasoning from her, I agreed to look at the RAV4 for 2011. I was impressed with the vehicle upon entering and sitting into it. We then started to have a little banter back and forth, and with Rons help, walked out of the showroom that day with a new RAV4. I only have 250 miles on it so far, but I am really quite satisfied with the vehicle, your dealership and especially Kyla, really made my day.
