Received a coupon for a oil change and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told they weren't honoring the coupon even though it was not expired. Brandon the manager gave me a completely different reason for not accepting the coupon than the service technician. It was a complete bait and switch operation. We have bought 2 cars from Village Pointe and was planning to buy a 3rd soon but they will never receive another red cent from me.
