Every time I’m home in Michigan I take my Jeep to Village Jeep for service. The customer service and professionalism is top notch. Unlike other dealerships they don’t present you with a laundry list of addit Jeep for service. The customer service and professionalism is top notch. Unlike other dealerships they don’t present you with a laundry list of additional repairs unrelated to your initial service. While I don’t live in Michigan I’m pretty certain I’ll buy my new Jeep from Village Jeep. Huge thank you and shout out to Jason Phillips in the service department. More than one person knew the situation and I always got the same explanation from each, in depth. Not a single time did I feel like they were annoyed or talked down to like at Golling.
