I bought my truck from village auto 29 in august of 2023 the timing chain broke 2nd day i had and was unable to get my money back. The auto drive extended warranty they sold me also garbage as ive spent thousands in diagnostics and repairs and it has covered a tow and 2 oil changes. I 100% do not reccommend this place to anyone and would rate them the worst of the worst. The sticker on truck said luxury loaded when it should of said needs work More

Village Auto stated the vehicle was very clean and detailed. This was completely false I went through more towels while waxing it after taking it through the car wash twice. The inside of the doors detailed. This was completely false I went through more towels while waxing it after taking it through the car wash twice. The inside of the doors were disgustingly dirty. The floor mats were indoor / outdoor carpet that you can buy from Menards and not a real floor mat. Don't get me started on how they “tried” to cover over scratches on the vehicle with globs of paint. The rims look like Village Auto went to the junk yard and got them off a wrecked vehicle . While signing the paperwork I asked the finance manager if there were any recalls on the vehicle, the finance manager said no we take care of all of them before they leave the dealership. I went online and found out there were 4 recalls going back to 2019 and it was purchased from Village Auto in March 2023. There was only one key fob and we had to purchase another one for over $300, two should have been include. Fast forward to May 2023 and the check engine light is now staying on. More

Bought a 2013 f150 on dec 1,2020. From village auto on 29. Had it 3 days and the transmission dropped out if 6th gear doing 65 on highway n locked up rear end found out it had a recall. Took to Broadway f 29. Had it 3 days and the transmission dropped out if 6th gear doing 65 on highway n locked up rear end found out it had a recall. Bought a diesel truck from this dealership, worst decision ever. Find out that oil hadn't been change, fuel filters were terrible shape, DP Filter was 85-87% clogged. Hence I broke down on highway within 2 days after purchase, only to find out they will not stand behind any of it. Please note, I did buy truck "as-is". I am just upset, because this is the kind of quality that is on their lot and the effort they put into getting a vehicle ready for their customer. They can't even make sure the vehicle is ready for someone. Screw me once, shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me. Never again. Two miles from where I live... More
