fantastic experience, exceptional people I had purchased my 2018 jeep jk last april and started bringing my car to videon for routine maintenance service. accordingly, the team was friendly, I had purchased my 2018 jeep jk last april and started bringing my car to videon for routine maintenance service. accordingly, the team was friendly, courteous, attentive and extremely helpful in walking me through their thorough vehicle checklist in verifying that my vehicle was mechanically sound. since that time i have acquired 2 more jeeps in our family and would not feel comfortable taking them any place other than videon. during my visits there i have worked with bob and brian, and, found that they always go out of their way to accommodate me in any way they can. for example, my jk was outfitted by american expedition vehicle company. as a result, the brakes and rotors were not standard, however, since i am the second owner, i was not aware of the modification products necessary for my vehicle. bob spend 2 days, tracked down the original owner and conveyed the information to me so that we could get seamless replacement parts. it is service like that, that has made me a customer of life. highly recommended. check them out.
