Kelly is the BEST! Back in the fall of 2005, I bought my first-ever new car from Kelly Chevrolet, a Cobalt SS coupe. I've been very pleased with the car and the service Back in the fall of 2005, I bought my first-ever new car from Kelly Chevrolet, a Cobalt SS coupe. I've been very pleased with the car and the service I've received from the team at Kelly ever since. The free service loaner is a major incentive to have the car serviced there, even though I live nearly 15 miles away. A few weeks ago,, we brought my car in for State safety and emissions inspection over the week we usually take our annual Poconos vacation. The folks at Kelly are happy to keep the car for us over that time, since we need a place to park it. Since we live in Norristown and have no off-street parking, the car would be ticketed if left on the wrong side of the street on a given morning, due to street sweeping regulations. Shelly called me with the bad news that the car needed brake work to pass inspection, and recommended another common-sense preventive maintenance service (cooling system flush and fill) as well. The cost of these two things was less than I expected them to be, although more than I was hoping to get out of there paying... I had thought the car would fly through just fine. Oh well, at nearly 90,000 miles, I guess it was about time for the car to need brakes! Anyhow, when we arrived to pick up the car, I discovered that the left front tire was flat. When I came back into the service department to get it fixed, they repaired the tire at no charge. My experiences at Kelly Chevrolet have never been anything less than positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store to anyone in the market for a car or who needs repairs... As I have done many times already. More

The web site was well designed, and I found it easy to use. On the day of the scheduled oil change and tire rotation, the service manager, Brad Moyer, greeted me the moment I walked in the door. The service manager verified exactly what I needed done, and answered all my questions before starting any work. The work was then completed in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. I highly recommend Kelly Chevrolet to anyone! More

WOW what customer service on Sat 7-12-14 Brad in customer service is AWESOME!!!! Last evening upon arrival to PHL airport at midnight, the car computer showed my Equinox rear right tire had Brad in customer service is AWESOME!!!! Last evening upon arrival to PHL airport at midnight, the car computer showed my Equinox rear right tire had lower pressure than needed. EARLY Saturday morning, I callled 4 service providers and only ONE---- Kelly Chevrolet offered to see me that day and in fact, immendiately when I could arrive. (BRAD was the service manager who handled my concern so politely on the phone and then upon arrival). Turns out that a screw was in the tire of this new vehicle. Surprise, I was not charged for the repair.....WOW! How terrific is that! I own a Chevy Impala and this new Equinox is a fleet vehicle. I will absolutely return to theis dealer for all needed maintenance on both vehicles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kelly Chevrolet for service and warm smiling reception by each of the employees that I encountered this Saturday morning. More

I was amazed at how wonderful I was treated! I was hesitant to use a dealership because I heard they were more expensive- but a friend recommended I talk to Jeff at Kelly Chevrolet. He explained to me what my car needed, why, and let me know how much it was going to cost- which was great because I didn't have sticker shock when I checked out. I went for routine maintenance, and he pointed out that I needed a state inspection which was great because it saved me another trip to the shop- or even worse a ticket! Thanks Jeff! More
