Ok, Wife and I scoured the chevy.com website for the EXACT truck we need (nothing more). To keep costs down. We found 4. We contacted 4 dealerships, despite we have a VERY good dealer (my neighbor own EXACT truck we need (nothing more). To keep costs down. We found 4. We contacted 4 dealerships, despite we have a VERY good dealer (my neighbor owns them) 7 miles from my house. Kelly was the 2nd dealership to respond to my inquires, by phone, and internet. They were the quickest to come back with a great price. I told them I'd be purchasing within 24 to 48 hours. My first call to them was 10:00am. They called me at 10:20. I told them what I was looking for, by 11:00am, we had a price, and we sent them trying to beat my Credit Unions GOOD financing. Calvin (sales), handed off to Tim (finance/business manager), and Tim went to work for us. He beat our financing deal nicely, and managed to do so with my other bank (WIN!). Calvin was superb to deal with, very knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions. Tim was superb, he gave us a NO BS price that truly was NO BS. He got us into our truck for easily $1500 cheaper than any of the other dealers, and whats more CALVIN and TIM got us in our truck and gone the same day... NOW THE KICKER? We live 2 hours away! We went to a chevy dealership in Limerick PA right near our house and we did not have much success. We were looking at a row of cars right outside the showroom for about a half hour. No one ever came out t our house and we did not have much success. We were looking at a row of cars right outside the showroom for about a half hour. No one ever came out to great us and we were tiered of waiting around. We searched for another Chevy dealership near us and came across Kelly Chevy. We made our way over there. When we arrived we were able to look at the cars for a few minutes before being greeted by Frank, our sale person. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the car we were looking at (Equinox). He was not one of those really pushy sales people. Everything we asked, he gave us a straight answer and never beat around the bush. My wife and I left that day to discuss more about what we should do. A few days later I called and spoke with Frank and Tim. We were able to come to an agreement on price and set up a time to come pick up the car. When we went to pick up the car that night, those guys bent over backwards to do everything they could to make sure we were satisfied with our new car, even after we had bought it. Most people these days just want to take your money and send you on your way. They stayed there way after closing time to take care of us and make sure we had everything we needed before we left.
