I have purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership over the last 20+ years. I was 19 years old when I bought my first new Camaro from the Kelly’s when they started the dealership. In the last 10 years I' the last 20+ years. I was 19 years old when I bought my first new Camaro from the Kelly’s when they started the dealership. In the last 10 years I've bought 3 new trucks from them and each time the entire staff was excellent. The experience has always been great from dealing with my favorite salesman Matt, right up to talking to Steve Kelly and planning out the next truck I'll want in a few years. Of course the other reason I continue to come back is the service department. The service manager Dick has always made sure everything was taken care of right the first time. I have recommended this dealership to others and will continue to use them, even though there is another dealership less than a mile from my house, they can't beat the over satisfaction I get from Kelly Chevrolet. More

He searched for the best rate available to us and he explained all options without pressuring us to choose options we didn't want to include in our financing. When we visited Kelly Chevrolet we were accompanied by our 34 year old son with Down Syndrome. He was treated courteously and all associates acknowledged Tommy's presence. He felt very welcome and it made our time at the dealership very comfortable. More

I do not know however, why they do not give a warranty of some sort on the older used cars (as I bought) as even smaller dealers often do this.......here's hoping it is a mute point. They were pretty firm on price, but did sell me a great car at a very fair price, because I did a lot of research. Customer service was good. He has been there for over 30 years and is awesome!!! When I was waiting to sign papers for my new car, Mr. Kelly came over to me and was talking to me and telling me how much he appreciated my business. Frank Hellius sold me the car and really impressed me on how he answered all my questions and also tried his best to get my car payments with in my budget. Tim Nester did the finance part, when I went to finalize every thing, he said he had good news for me and got my payment down another $20 dollars. I can not express enough how wonderful Kelly Chevrolet is and refuse to go anywhere else. Try it out, and see what I mean, and you will not be disapointed!!! More
