I just purchased a 2013 Cruze yesterday. I was not in the market to buy a new vehicle until I was in an accident last week, which unfortunatly totaled my 2005 Cobalt. I went to Kelly Chevrolet to help my son in purchasing a used car after his Honda Civic's motor seized. We met with Dane Laing, salesperson with Kelly Chevrolet and he proceeded in showing my son and myself used car after his Honda Civic's motor seized. Frank Helleis closed the deal very efficiently, checking all the numbers, crossing all the T's and dotting all the I's. Frank answered all questions expertly, showing a great knowledge of his trade and product. On our way out to drive the vehicle home, Stephen Kelly, owner, came and thanked us personally for choosing Kelly Chevrolet and said if there was anything they could do call him and they would help solve the issue, and handed me his business card. As we went to my new black beauty, my wife and I were escorted out to the vehicle by Jalil Vazquez who explained all the bell's and whistles the vehicle has. The car is a real beauty, I have own all Chevrolet products except for a VW and a T-Bird, this vehicle is by far the best vehicle I have ever owned, ever! I bought a 2004 chevy suburban, Staff was friendly , no pressure owner was very nice. Finished the deal drove off the lot got 2.5 miles away heard a loud bang vibration and other noises not normal. Could not fix it on the spot the rear end went out they gave me a loaner and fixed it the next business day. Was dissapointed BUT you sure cant blame Kelly for something like that.
