Excellent service I brought my car in for its first scheduled service and was very pleased with the experience. The service agent, Thomas Plager, was very friendly an I brought my car in for its first scheduled service and was very pleased with the experience. The service agent, Thomas Plager, was very friendly and courteous. He explained exactly what service would be done and asked if I would like a complimentary car wash. Well YES, of course! He then escorted me to the waiting room which was clean and comfortable. The service was completed in about 30 minutes! I was in and out in no time and Thomas encouraged me to bring the car back in 4-5 months so that I could take advantage of the complimentary service to its fullest.. I was very satisfied with the service that was provided, Thank you! I am very happy with Weiss Toyota and will recommend them without reservation. More

Casey Krebs is Lier and a nightmare Casey Krebs is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. All she does is try to talk down to people. She will not let anybody talk withou Casey Krebs is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. All she does is try to talk down to people. She will not let anybody talk without interrupting constantly. The whole conversation she kept calling me different names and had a attitude with me. Called me a lier and said that her conversation with me mad her sick. She thought that my car insurance was under someone else's name. Not that that would be any of her business, but she told me that her husband is a county officer and that in her opinion I was some how breaking the law. Then she HUNG UP ON ME. Above and beyond Dennis Perry was my service advisor. I was there for a 5k mile service. Part of the service was a tire rotation which I told Dennis I didn't need beca Dennis Perry was my service advisor. I was there for a 5k mile service. Part of the service was a tire rotation which I told Dennis I didn't need because I got it free where I bought the tires. Dennis said he would have it done at no charge would make it a free lifetime rotation. This type of service from Weiss Toyota is why I will always buy my cars and get my service from them. "Battery failure in my 2007 AVALON" I had an emergency on 6/21/2016 because of the car battery failure. (The battery was 5years old, and I was late for the scheduled car service). Without an appointment, the Weiss Toyota Service and service Advisor Tom Coates resolved my problems quickly: Service Technicians installed New Battery, and also were able to perform the required car service, and washed the car, while I waited for the work to be done.
