So, actually that's 5 X 2 stars as in way over the top service, once again, at Weiss Toyota! Tom Coates and Prinz Villar have also given me outstanding service in the past, and always greet you when you arrive with a smile that "welcomes you with the warmth of Home!" I bought a 2007 Toyota Yaris from Mike Collins and a 2013 Scion xD from Mike Indellicato, and they stopped making both vehicles! This time Tom Coates was my Service Advisor, he checked me in, insured my service was completed and my car washed while I waited. As my original sales person had retired and my lease will be up in a few months I asked Tom who I should see. He personally took me to the sales floor and when all the sales personal were with customers (it was a Saturday) GM Casey Krebs jumped in and took over. We reviewed my options, she showed me several new cars and along with Brent Ward made a plan to insure I got not only the best car but at the best price. I like doing business with these people. More
