Shane was very easy to work with. He had all the paperwork ready to go when we showed up to pick up our vehicle. He kept his eye out for a truck which we could afford and when he found the one we bought, he knew it was the right fit for us. After we got home and noticed a few things of concern he responded promptly. We took the truck back and it was fixed the same day.
