We looked at several differnt models available which affirmed that YES a Prisu is what we wanted. Our current car was a Prius and were pretty sure we wanted another. Mike did not pressure us or show us something other than what we talked about. Mike also answered all of our questions and assured us we can call him anytime. This is not my first interaction with Thomas and I have always found him to be knowledgeable and professional. They sent me a quote which I reviewed and accepted verbally and also through email. When I tried to secure the legal agreement, the dealer backed out stating it was a mistake. The quote was clearly not a mistake when it included the "extras" that were already on the truck. They also included pictures and a price quote. So here is the thank you. Since the dealer would not honor their quote I decided to continue to look. My search took me out of the city, county, and even the state. But it was worth it. I found a reputable dealer that had the exact model I originally requested from Weiss. This new dealer did not bait and switch and was willing to work a deal. So thank you Weiss Toyota.
