The car was ready when promised, the cost was as quoted, and the issues were fixed. Since the valve cover gaskets needed to be replaced, Thomas recommended that I replace the spark plugs as well. Since these were 30,000 mile spark plugs and the car has 230,000 miles on it, I agreed that was a good suggestion. More

Our salesperson, Mike Fallaw, has been very responsive to our questions at every stage of the process: before, during, and after the sale. The business manager, Mike Cross, gave us great advice regarding the extended warranty. And Casey Krebs, the General Manager, has been great about following up after the sale. Yesterday I came in for my 110,000 service, and service advisor, Dennis, was very pleasant to deal with. They are always busy, but my experience has been that service comes 1st with Weiss. I have never had a problem with their service department or their advisors. I've even just dropped by to have them check something out, and they don't put me off, but check it right away. More
