This time Tom Coates was my Service Advisor, he checked me in, insured my service was completed and my car washed while I waited. As my original sales person had retired and my lease will be up in a few months I asked Tom who I should see. He personally took me to the sales floor and when all the sales personal were with customers (it was a Saturday) GM Casey Krebs jumped in and took over. We reviewed my options, she showed me several new cars and along with Brent Ward made a plan to insure I got not only the best car but at the best price. I like doing business with these people. More
