Unprofessional Sales Staff My fiance and I scheduled an appointment to look at new 2016 Tacoma TRD Sport that they had in stock. Upon arriving Saturday morning we were told that My fiance and I scheduled an appointment to look at new 2016 Tacoma TRD Sport that they had in stock. Upon arriving Saturday morning we were told that they sold it the day before and were told they don't last long. We would have appreciated a call to update us that the vehicle we were driving out to look at was no longer available. When we asked to test drive the Limited model they had on the lot our sales person told us that we don't want to drive it because it is much nicer and more expensive. Which is understandable, but that's our problem if we like it. Then he became disrespectful/unprofessional when we said we were going to an Illinois dealership to actually test drive a model in stock and save money on tax. We left immediately and went to Lou Fusz Toyota where we put a deposit on a Tacoma. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and experience there. Moral of the story if a customer says they're interested in buying today, has pre-approved financing, and a down payment ready you should just let them drive anything they want. More
