Overnight my husband decided that maybe he would like a newer car and try to swing the pmt. I told him nothing over $350 mo/pmt. He sent emails to Scott who called us. We went back in and looked at NEW 2016 RAV4. They had a white 2016, but payments would be an issue. We were trading in 2 very old vehicles too. Scott worked with us while all along having some light banter with discussions about family and our volunteer work with rescue dogs. We came to a final deal, went home, had 2 days to clean out vehicles and came back for final sale. The payments are $368, which is fine and the vehicle is exactly what we were looking for. We don't have the best credit around and he took care of the paperwork before we even walked in the door. When we arrived everyone that we came in contact with was so nice and accommodating. Shane was patient as we test drove car after car until we finally found the one. Plus, every car we drove was at market price. There was no gauging. Shane then worked some kind of magic and closed the deal for us. The entire time we were there we were treated with respect and fairness. Shane never tried to sell me something I didn't want. He allowed me to make the decision I needed to make. On top of all that, the Weiss team offered a FREE power train warranty on our car that is pretty unbelievable and did I mention FREE. The deductibles are even low. I would recommend Shane Thacker and Weiss Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle, even if your credit is not perfect. Above and beyond Dennis Perry was my service advisor. I was there for a 5k mile service.
