Made buying a car a great experience! I went to Weiss Toyota and purchased a Prius this weekend. From the beginning, it was a pleasant experience. I was greeted by two different people who immediately found Dzevad Tasic with whom I had an appointment. Dzevad showed me multiple cars and went for a test drive with me. He was able to answer all of my questions. When I purchased the car, he went out, explained all of the functions and set up my Bluetooth. The finance department was just as easy to deal with and had me approved in about 20 minutes. Mike Cross was very friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! They will do their job and get you financed for a nice newer reliable vehicle. The selection of cars was wonderful and would fit almost every budget. The process was easy from start to finish. I only went to the dealership twice, once to look at car and test drive it and the 2nd time to sign paperwork and drive away with my new car. All other correspondence was done through email and phone and was easy and prompt. I can't find one reason why you shouldn't at least give Shane a call and find out how he can help you. I also want to give a shout out to his assistant Mary who was also so incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. We bought it from Dzevad , and my having purchased lots of cars, this was one of the easiest and most comfortable car buying experience I can remember. The deal for us was fair and a good one (only negative was no owners manual and one smart key) I should have noticed that early in the deal, but I didn't. It's happened before when buying pre-owned. Dzevad will try to get me a manual.. We love the car. Our time at the dealership did not take that long and the service was excellent. Mike Cross really helped us with the F&I part and was very professional. By his showing us the value of the wrap Care, we feel like we are in a brand new Rav4. More
