I recently purchased a used vehicle from Victory Toyota. When they put on the temporary tag, it appears they stripped one of the nuts from the license plate holder (likely from using a powered driver). The license was secured with two simple black screws that were driven into the plastic plate holder. I called the dealership as this seemed obvious and was told I should have found it before I left. I don't trust their 182 point inspection as I believe they hid damage done by them after the sale. This will now cost me around $100 to repair (doing it myself). Very disappointing from a "trusted" dealer. Who would have thought to check the license plate holder before buying. I won't be back. More

She is gorgeous! I had an appointment for a tire rotation at 8:30AM, arrived at 8:25AM, the car was finally done at 11:02. At no point did anyone give me an update, this Spring I had my car in for a transmission servi arrived at 8:25AM, the car was finally done at 11:02. At no point did anyone give me an update, this Spring I had my car in for a transmission service and they didn't fill with enough fluid as my car wouldn't hardly go up a hill later that day. Had to bring it back in, never an apology or anything. I will now have to find another Toyota dealer to service my car as I have 0 faith in Weiss Toyota. More
Arrived on time, told to wait by my car in the service bay area. After 20 minutes, an older gentleman came to say they were ready for me. Told to wait by an empty desk. The service department and manager do everything they can to not take responsibility for their technicians mistakes. Everything comes down to "well, you signed the document" so make sure to look over your ca to not take responsibility for their technicians mistakes. It was like he didnt wanted to provide or assist in anyway with wire instructions. I would definitely avoid dealing with this guy. Hope other dont run into such unpleasant way of conducting business.
