Slow and unprofessional repair work I brought my Scion iA in for repair because it was stalling. When I first arrived, nobody greeted me. I had to be in their face to even get someone's I brought my Scion iA in for repair because it was stalling. When I first arrived, nobody greeted me. I had to be in their face to even get someone's attention. The car took 5 weeks to repair. During that time, I had to keep bugging the service adviser for a rental car. After 5 days, I finally got very vague instructions on how to get one. I had to pay out of my own pocket up front because the incompetent service adviser, Matthew, did not fully explain how the payment will work. Only after the fix, he says Toyota only covers $35 each day and that Enterprise should've billed their dealer instead of me paying up front. And no, he will not contact you to provide updates about the car. He will not answer your phone calls. When I got my car back at the dealer, I noticed the engine was for sure not sounding normal. They told me to keep the car and drive it for a bit, knowing it was unsafe. A week after all of that, the engine light came back on again, so now the car is brought back to them again. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had in a place of business. More
