My daughter's Prius Prime suddenly wouldn’t start and wouldn’t shift gears. She called AAA, and the car was first towed to a nearby Firestone location. Unfortunately, they suspected a transmission issue and referred us to a local repair shop. After another inspection, the second shop also determined they couldn’t handle hybrid vehicles and recommended we tow the car to a dealer. That’s when we contacted Victory Toyota. From the moment we arrived, Cristal Garcia went above and beyond. Despite the car being non-operational and on a tow truck, she quickly coordinated with the service team to clear space so it could be brought in safely. She promised a thorough diagnosis and kept her word. Just two days later, Cristal called with great news: the problem was not the transmission, but an exhaust pipe and gasket issue, fully covered under warranty. She had already submitted all the necessary documentation and ordered the parts. This morning, she followed up again to let us know the car was completely repaired, and everything was covered. Her professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, reassuring experience. I’m so glad we brought the car to Victory Toyota and had the chance to work with Cristal. Trustworthy, attentive, and truly customer-focused — she made a big difference, and I highly recommend this dealership and her service to anyone dealing with car issues, especially with a hybrid like the Prius Prime. I am very disappointed in how they handle these routine service appointments. The car is still technically new and needs a oil change and tire rotation, yet they attempt to guilt you into spending $1500 i service appointments. I most likely will not be back. I spent $400+ on my oil change and tire rotation this time. Fool me once.... More

I had an appointment to drop off my car at 7am. The whole day I didn’t receive a call with any updates. I called a couple of times, the first few times no response. After the second attempt I got a call back with no updates. I called again in the evening because I knew they were closing soon but when they transferred me no response. I called back and who ever answered didn’t give me a chance to explain no one was answering he just immediately transferred me. I was concerned because they never told me they planned on keeping my car. When I called the next morning there were also no updates. So we just decided to drive down there and that’s when they told me my car would be ready in an hour. More
They delivered the car to me at night and it was very dirty. I took the car to be washed the next day and there were small stone cracks on the car's window.
