The service advisors are nice but not sure if service tech is too lazy or just incompetent. I came in with wire and liner damage due to debris from the highway for my Toyota Supra.. I usually get repairs tech is too lazy or just incompetent. I came in with wire and liner damage due to debris from the highway for my Toyota Supra.. I usually get repairs done at a performance shop but this time they recommended I go to a Toyota dealership because my car may need reprogramming/recalibration. I told the service advisor and tried to give them the report the performance shop did but he insisted the tech will do a through inspection and diagnostic report. I still gave them a copy of the report from the performance shop before I left. The car was dropped off Tuesday... on Thursday I get an update saying the car only needed new liners and no wiring damage was seen. You didn't even need to take the tire off to see this exposed wire... When I called services they said the service advisor that was assigned to my car was off, so I asked to speak to their service manager. The service manager said they will have the master tech check again and give me an update in the afternoon... 24 hours pass and no update from anyone. Either Friday or the weekend, I get a confirmation from the service advisor saying they don't see any wiring damage. At this point I'm frustrated... how can you not the broken wire with exposed copper right in front of you. How do you expect me to trust this department to repair my car properly. I call another dealership and ask for their Supra master tech and they said they'll take the car from Victory once they call them. The other dealership confirms Victory will release the car to them. A few minutes later I get a call from Victory asking why I'm asking another dealership to take the car. I told them I'm not happy with how they're working on my car... Then they tell me but we got the wiring parts for my car. I asked so what's the part number, service advisor said the parts specialist is gone for the day... Ahh so magically they know how to fix my car... yeah right... 100% not trusting this place to work on my car or any other cars. More

The service team took their time servicing my vehicle and got it back to me the same day. They even provided a great loaner so that I could get back to work. Andrew and Andrea were great to work with. I was got it back to me the same day. They even provided a great loaner so that I could get back to work. Andrew and Andrea were great to work with. I was very pleased with the service that I received and will definitely use them for all of my future service needs. They really set the bar high when it comes to service. Great job team! More
