I placed a call to the service department. I spoke with Cristal and asked if Toyota replaces inner door panels. She indicated that Toyota does. I briefly explained my situation and she was understanding, set up an appointment and informed me the length of time it would take. Once I arrived on Friday 1/10/25, Martin, service advisor, assisted me with placing the order for the panel. He explained it would take a day for the part to arrive. In the meantime, he reviewed with me what required maintenance is required for my car. He suggested while I was there, to have my car oil change, tire rotation and other services needed at that time. I asked him if there was time to do this, he smiled and said yes. I provided my $50.00 off coupon I had received from Toyota and he applied it the service. When I returned the following day, Martin again assisted me with the door panel completed service. I really appreciated Martin guiding me through the process and by suggesting I have the maintenance work on my car completed while I was there, saved me having to reschedule for another day. Both times the work was completed on my car, Martin escorted me back to the service area to complete the transactions. To have the door panel ordered and installed the following day was much appreciated. The time required for the work on both maintenance and installation met in the allotted time given.
