Worst experience and dealing ever Bought a new 2017 Camry and after buying cars from other dealers it was a shocking experience. The finance guy saved the day but after the paperwork when handed back to the sales guy it was like he wanted me out of there. No purchase checklist was done. He didn't explain a single detail about the car or anything else . I was so disgusted by there service that I didn't even like the car. I went to another Toyota dealer Maita's Toyota was was a complete different experience. All the way from the sales agents to management. terrible sales hassles We went to this dealer looking for a RAV4 using the CostCo auto program. they failed to show us the CostCo invoice amount, and when giving us the f We went to this dealer looking for a RAV4 using the CostCo auto program. they failed to show us the CostCo invoice amount, and when giving us the first estimate also conveniently 'forgot' a 2500 rebate on the car. Sadly I can't trust them and neither should you! Although we made an appointment and told them what car and model level we were looking for, it took over 30 minutes for them to find the car on the lot. We will never visit them again. I could also give you other nitty-picky issues--like them not understanding what a 'credit freeze' means which meant we drove ~40 miles to get a check only to have them not accept it and then drive to our bank to get a cashier's check. More

Buying with no hassles. Sales person was very helpful in finding the right car for me. I showed him a competitor's price in a printout and made an offer a little below that. We went in and after waiting about 20 minutes we went up to this desk where a few guys were standung and looked like were having a good time. We asked if we could get a salesman to show us the new Camry and a short heavy set asian guy sitting behind the desk told us someone will be wuth us in a few minutes. We waited 20 more minutes then we left having never been helped. When we got back home to San Jose we went to Capitol Toyota and my brother bought his brand new 2018 Camry. More

We must not have looked like we were prospective customers because they had us waiting for 45 minutes before anyone helped us. When we were finally helped the salesman was so rude that he kept asking us if we were serious about buying a car today. After about 15 minutes with this guy my wife wanted to leave. We left and went to the Toyota dealer in San Francisco, we were immediately greeted and within 5 minutes Christian assisted us. He showed us several Prius and spent about two hours with us and we ended up purchasing our brand new Prius from him. Melody Toyota can really learn about customer service from San Francisco Toyota. More
